5. Cancellation policy:
If under any circumstances, if you can no
longer attend ACCC10, you may cancel your registration by providing written
notice to the ACCC10 Organizer (mail to: accc10@hnue.edu.vn).
The ACCC10 refund policy is as follows
- Up to 24 Aug 2025: 70% refund
- From 24 Aug 2025- 21Oct 2025: 50% refund
- From 22 Oct 2025: No refunds
